Salman Khan is accused in the blackbuck poaching case in which two blackbucks had been killed allegedly by Khan and his co-stars at Kankani in Jodhpur on the intervening night of 01/02 October, 1998.
It was during the shoot of the film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. The case has finally begun on 06 July, 2013.
Salman has to constantly appear in the Jodhpur the court for identification by the prosecution witnesses.
Along with him Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Sonali Bendre and Tabu are also being cross-examined. Mahipal Bishnoi, counsel for the complainant and eyewitness Poonam Chand, said cross-examination of Poonam Chand has been completed by the counsel of Salman Khan.
Currently the counsels of Sonali Bendre, Neelam and Saif Ali Khan are cross-examining them.
On the other hand, a fitness consultant, who helped Hrithik Roshan train for his upcoming film ‘Krrish 3’, has alleged that the agency that hired him for the job has not paid his dues. Kris Gethin, a UK national, and his wife Marika Johansson, lodged a complaint at the Bandra police station yesterday.
As per the complaint, Sheru Aangrish, promoter of fitness company Sheru Classic Production, owes Kris £28,358 (Rs 28 lac approximately) and Marika £83,160 (close to Rs 83 lac).
Last but not the least, Sanjay Dutt has been accused in the 1993 Mumbai serial bomb blasts. Currently Dutt is out on payroll and if all goes well then he may be out prenatally.
All said and done, we wish that all our superstars get out of this legal mess as soon as possible.
