In real, Amitabh 71 not out, on reel '102 Not Out'

New Delhi: On the occasion of Amitabh Bachchan's 71st birthday Friday, producer Bhushan Kumar has announced a new film '102 Not Out', in which the megastar will play an old man who decides to break a world record of longevity. 

"It's his birthday and this is the right occasion to announce our next venture with him (after 'Bhoothnath Returns'). The film is titled '102 Not Out', which will have him share screen space with Paresh Rawal," Kumar, the head of T-Series, said in a statement. 

"Two brilliant actors sharing screen space will take the story to another level," he added. The project will be directed by Umesh Shukla, who helmed the hugely acclaimed 'Oh My God!'

Amitabh gives Salman jadu ki jhappi

Amitabh Bachchan, who began shooting for his latest venture, Bhootnath Returns at Film City Studio in Mumbai October 9, got a pleasant surprise.

Salman Khan and Tabu, who were shooting for the tentatively titled Jai Ho on the next floor, came calling on him so the three could spend some time together during their hour- long break.

Much against the buzz about cold vibes between Salman and Amitabh because of the Aishwarya factor, nothing of that sort was visible in their body language.

Amitabh in fact posted a picture of the two in a warm embrace and also enquired about Salman's nerve problem, which has been troubling him.

Big B was equally delighted to meet his Cheeni Kum co- actor Tabu. "Tabu said she dreamt last night about meeting me and almost dropped down on set when she reported for work and found me there... great coincidence or what would one call it.. ??" Bachchan wrote in his blog.

Earlier during the day, Amitabh had launched the first mahurat shot of Bhootnaath Returns with T- series head Bhushan Kumar and director Nitesh Tiwari. The film is a sequel to the 2008 film, Bhootnath , produced by Ravi Chopra.

There were no cold vibes despite the Aishwarya factor.
