New Delhi: Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi's new film 'Ghanchakkar' might not have good reviews from critics but the audience is still making its way to see the popular Jodi on screen once again. Within two days of its release, the film has been able to collect Rs 14.5 crore at the box office. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "INDIA: #Ghanchakkar Fri Rs 7.2 cr, Sat Rs 7.3 cr. Total: Rs 14.5 cr nett." Though, the film got a lukewarm response on its opening day but rather than any decline at the ticket window, 'Ghanchakkar' maintained its pace by earning almost the same money on the second day of its release.Directed by Rajkumar Gupta, Vidya Balan plays the role of a boisterous Punjabi housewife in 'Ghanchakkar'. The film also stars Rajesh Sharma and Namit Das.
