I don't need to starve to prove my love for Saif Ali Khan: Kareena Kapoor

Actress Kareena Kapoor will not observe fast on the occasion of Karwa Chauth tomorrow as she does not believe in going without food for her actor-husband Saif Ali Khan.

"I dont need to starve to prove my love. I am not going to fast. I am a Kapoor... I can't live without food. I would celebrate it by eating, working, by promoting my film," Kareena, who got married to Saif last year, said.

The actress, who is the brand ambassador of Malabar Gold and Diamond, launched a online store here.

She said that online shopping saves her a lot of time.

"Whatever jewellery I bought myself from my hard earned money is special to me. Gold and diamond are the best fashion statement in jewelry," she said.

Kareena says she does not follow any trend and prefers to wear light jewelry.

Priyanka Chopra India's most dangerous celebrity online

Actress Priyanka Chopra has topped the list of the most dangerous celebrities in the Indian cyberspace this year followed by Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, according to a study.

Priyanka knocked off Sunny Leone, who topped the list last year but dropped to the ninth position this time, in the study by security software maker McAfee.

Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar were in the top five in the study which highlights how cybercriminals use celebrities to take advantage of fans seeking more information about their idols.

"In India where celebrities enjoy demigod status, cybercriminals often use their names to lure people to sites which host malicious software designed to compromise personal details and disrupt devices," McAfee India Centre VP Engineering (Consumer and Mobile Business Group) Venkatasubrahmanyam Krishnapur said.

This year, searching for a celebrity's name, with search terms like "wall paper", "videos" and "nude pictures" resulted in the highest instances of malware-laden sites. Chopra, showed 79 infected search results, while Shah Rukh was at the second spot with 75 malicious sites, Salman ranked third, with 68 infected sites.

The top-10 list was rounded off by Saif Ali Khan, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar, Leone and Hrithik Roshan.

Actually, a lot of people are making special appearances in our movie (smiles).

But is Kareena really part of the film?
Well, she might be acting in it. And even if she does, let it be a surprise for people.

So what’s the final status on her casting in the movie?One thing is for sure, if Bebo (as Kareena is fondly called) does appear in the film, it would be completely unlike what she has done till date. So, let’s wait and watch.

Is it true that there were some problems regarding local junior artistes in Los Angeles?
Not really. There were some pricing issues but that has been sorted out now.

You have been in the US for a long time now.We completed a long schedule in Los Angeles. And now we are filming sequences in Michigan. And since Raj-DK (directors Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK) know the place well, it has been a great ride to shoot in this part of the US.

But isn’t the film’s story set in Los Angeles?Yes, but what matters is the end result. How we manage to show it and what the challenges are should be of no one’s concern.

So how much of the film is complete?
We have already shot a major portion of the film in around 60 days. But we will be back again in LA later to shoot the rest of the sequences once the current schedule is wrapped up.

Saif Ali Khan can't be vegetarian ever: Kareena Kapoor!!

Mumbai: Actor Saif Ali Khan loves non-vegetarian food and his actress-wife Kareena Kapoor says he just can't do without eating meat.

"Saif can't be vegetarian, he says he can be vegetarian only for one meal and what that means, I don't understand. He is like, 'I can't not eat meat at night'," the 32-year-old said here Saturday at the launch of dietician Rujuta Diwekar's DVD "Indian Food Wisdom."

Saif has found new love in kachoris now.

Saif Ali Khan loves non-vegetarian food and his wife Kareena Kapoor says he just can't do without eating meat.

"But now Saif has found new love in kachoris and samosas and he gorged on them in Lucknow," said Kareena, who has turned vegetarian.

Kareena is currently busy promoting Prakash Jha's "Satyagraha." She is also shooting for Punit Malhotra's "Gori Tere Pyaar Mein" with Imran Khan.

Saif and Kareena got married in October 2012.

New Delhi: Bollywood diva and style icon, Kareena Kapoor, was in conversation with the world on Twitter last week, and we managed to pick her best tweets for her fans.

The strategy was devised by UTV Motion Pictures to promote their film ‘Satyagraha’ via Twitter, and therefore, Bebo was invited to connect with people as much as possible to spread the message of the film.

It was an open online Q & A session, and Kareena all in a mood to answer a lot of questions thrown before her, by tweeting through UTV’s official Twitter handle. Besides, talking about the film, the actress also revealed some interesting fact about her personal life and her hubby dearest Saif.

Two of Bollywood's fashionista's Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor might be seen together – not in a movie but for an endorsement.

While, Raanjhanaa girl Sonam Kapoor was roped in as the brand ambassador of a toothpaste brand along with ace designer Manish Malhotra, in April this year, reportedly, trendsetter Kareena Kapoor too has been signed for the endorsements of the same brand.

I change my watch three times a day: Saif Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan always had a fetish for watches and the actor believes his Bollywood career has fanned his obsession to own rare timepieces.

Saif, whose first watch was given to him by his cricketer father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, says he did not have a watch worth talking about before he joined films.

Now, such is Saif's fixation with watches that for every project he does, he invests in a timepiece that complements the film and suits the character.

"The collection has grown with the films I have done, especially over the past six to ten years. ForParineeta, which was a period film, I bought a Vacheron Constantin Patrimony and a 1962 vintage Omega," Saif told a magazine in an interview.

The actor, who features on the magazine's anniversary issue cover, has a massive collection of luxury watches.

"They all have their places... Sometimes just sitting at home, I change my watch three times a day. I like to open the box, clean my watches and admire them. I have few, chunky gold ones that go well with long hair, a dark sun tan and white pair of shorts. But usually, I like very simple watches with leather straps," he says.

Such is his obsession to own an exclusive timepiece that Saif once bought the Breitling Emergency from a dealer, who was wearing it.

Some of Saif's favourite watches have been gifted to him by Kareena, his wife, who is not a watch enthusiast but has a keen eye for unique pieces.

Kareena and Hrithik: Bollywood's hottest couple to re-unite

The Bollywood adaptation of 'The Immortals of Meluha' - 'Shuddhi' will have Hrithik Roshan playing the male lead as Shiva.

Hrithik has already given his nod to the Karan Johar production which will be directed by 'Agneepath' maker Karan Malhotra.

However, the makers have been scouting for the female lead opposite Hrithik. Actresses like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor were considered to play Princess Sati.

Zoom TV spoke to the scriptwriter Piyush Mishra and he said as per his knowledge Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan will be the lead actors in 'Shuddhi'. Mishra refrained from giving further details.

If Kareena clinches the role in 'Shuddhi', it will re-unite Hrithik-Kareena on-screen pairing in celluloid after almost 10 years.

The two actors have worked together in movies like 'Yaadein', 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham...', 'Mujhse Dosti Karoge!' and 'Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon'.

They were considered as one of the hottest couples of Bollywood, but the duo stopped working together when the rumours of an affair between the two hit the headlines.

The rumours spread like wildfire when Kareena and Hrithik worked together in 'Yaadein' in 2001.

Rumour has it, when Hrithik's wife Sussanne Khan got the whiff of their romance she left his home. A very prominent magazine carried a cover story of Hrithik-Kareena romance at that time. Hrithik's father Rakesh Roshan did not let this matter go lightly and planned to sue the magazine.
