AUCKLAND: Shah Rukh Khan and his companions brought the house down miles away from the Indian mainland.

Last evening, Shah Rukh Khan along with Meiyang Chang, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Rani Mukerji and Jacqueline Fernandez among other performed at the first stop for the Temptations Reloaded tour in Auckland. As expected, the Indian diaspora and foreign fans as well crowded the venue.

The stage was set to international standards and Shah Rukh Khan and his Bollywood gang of merry friends lit the stage on fire as well.

From performing to their famous songs from their films to Yo Yo Honey Singh performing his songs as well as Bollywood heroines shaking a leg with THE romantic star of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, it was a night to remember for the audience.

After Auckland, Shah Rukh Khan and gang will next perform at Perth and Sydney in Australia. We’re sure audiences there too will be in for a treat.

Sources are quoted as saying that Aditya Chopra’s mom Pamela Chopra is in consultation with a priest and astrologer to work out an auspicious day for the wedding of the Yash Raj Film’s scion. Rani and Aditya were reportedly slated to tie the knot last year, but the wedding was postponed due to the demise of Yash Chopra, to whom Rani was very close. Her closeness to the late filmmaker was apparent when Rani broke down in tears at the unveiling of a Yash Chopra statue in February this year. But now that the first and only year of mourning is going to pass in October this year, the talk of Rani and Aditya’s marriage has already gained mileage. Moreover, let’s not forget that the younger Chopra son, Uday Chopra, is also in the queue to settle down. Rani Mukerji to lose 12 kg for `Mardaani`!!

Physical trainer Samir Jaura is busy working with actress Rani Mukerji for her look in ‘Mardaani’. He says she needs to reduce 12 to 13 kg for her role in the movie.

"I`m training Rani for `Mardaani` and she will be losing around 12 to 13 kg for the film. We started training two weeks back and she has already lost 3 kg," Jaura said.

In the film, Rani plays a police officer, and the role demands her to be fit.

‘Mardaani’ is helmed by Pradeep Sarkar, who had earler directed Rani in the film ‘Laaga Chunari Mein Daag - Journey Of A Woman’.

Jaura is also the one who is training Priyanka Chopra for the Mary Kom biopic, and he is also behind the macho and fit looks of Farhan Akhtar in ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’.
